Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or official match authority. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, mito99's decision shall be final. Live casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by live dealer outcomes as applicable.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, insufficient evidence of the official result, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Players may close their account at any time by contacting mito99's customer support team. Upon closure, mito99 will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
Upon termination of an account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any resulting winnings will be credited or forfeited as appropriate.
